Setup
SimpleAgency uses Google Firebase as the backend. The SimpleAgency program runs on a regular web server, so you can upload it to a local server… or a web server to access anywhere. SimpleAgency will guide you through setup, including Firebase and how to get the configuration file onto the server. You can email me if you have issues. Keep in mind, it is in beta, so some things can be rough around the edges. Feel free to contribute to Github as well.
ESignature
We use the Rabbitsign API for Esignature. You can generate forms and move them right into Esignature on SimpleAgency. Rabbitsign is very inexpensive…..depending on the amount of Esigs sent out, you should save a TON compared to Adobe or DocuSign.
COIs
COIs are generated from ACORD 25s from our server. If you have an alternative- you can upload it to SimpleAgency. Note that custom forms is something still coming down the road.. but we’ll get there. Custom signatures are also able to be created and assigned to various users.. i.e. if you want the Principals signature on every certificate going out.
